Everyone in the right place, at the right time.
Mingo builds operations software for people who host. EvOps runs the logistics of your event: arrivals, rooms, rides, staff and check-in. HostOps runs your properties and bookings.
EvOps accounts are created by your organization's admin.
EvOps keeps the whole event in one shared plan
Competitions, festivals and conferences run on lists that change every hour. EvOps keeps those lists in one place, so the person at the door, the driver and the hotel desk all see the same thing.
Turn off any module an event doesn't need. Its data is kept if you switch it back on.
Know who still needs a room
Register delegations, approve participants and fill rooms from one list. The dashboard shows what is missing before it becomes a problem on arrival day.
- Rooming lists by hotel, with beds in use
- Arrivals and departures per day
- Warnings for clashes, like a transfer before the arrival date
| Participant | Hotel | Status |
|---|---|---|
| Luka Kovac | Plaza | Room 204 |
| Arben Gashi | Rogner | Room 118 |
| Elira Dosti | - | Needs a room |
| Marco Rossi | Plaza | Date clash |
Check people in with a scan
Every approved participant gets a badge with a QR code. Staff scan it on a phone and the camera opens straight away. No paper lists at the entrance.
- Works on any phone browser
- Check-in counts update for the whole team
- Undo a scan if someone taps the wrong badge
Give each person only what they need
Organizations get their own space. Inside it, set each teammate to no access, view or edit, module by module. A driver sees transport. The caterer sees meals.
- Superadmin, admin and team member roles
- Per-event, per-module access
- Sessions end when a password changes
Filled: can edit · Half: can view · Empty: hidden

Questions
Who can create an account?
Your organization's admin adds people and gives them access. If you don't have a login yet, ask your admin.
Does EvOps work on a phone?
Yes. On a phone EvOps has a bottom bar with the dashboard, QR scanner, search and menu, so check-in works from the entrance.
Can I turn off what an event doesn't need?
Yes. Each module can be switched off per event. It disappears from the menu and the dashboard, and its data is kept.
Is my organization's data separate from others?
Yes. Each organization has its own events and team. Inside it, access is set per person and per module.
When is HostOps available?
It is in development. This page will say when it opens.
